monique_quebec @jes515 oh I’m so sorry about that. I wish you had messaged me before the order was accepted and completed. I would’ve been able to do something about it unfortunately because it’s so long ago I can’t do anything about it now. I certainly would’ve been able to give you money back to fix the zipper or accept a return. Unfortunately, I can’t at this point because it’s a closed sale.
