TEXAS SOUVENIR PLATE THEMED ARTISAN STERLING LINK W/TOPAZ ACCENTS BRACELET 8-9”

Fabulous Texas themed signed and numbered 269 artisan Sterling link bracelet. It appears to be ceramic pieces of a Texas Lone Star souvenir plate. I found a matching plate online but they didn’t state the year of this particular one. (See last photo) The link of capital bldg is flanked by a crystal on one side and an oblong green stone on the other. The toggle clasp has 4 different shades of blue topaz. Blue topaz is the states official gem. I’m assuming the green stone must be one known to come from Texas as well. There has been a bit of repair work done on this piece. 2 different ring connectors to be exact. I tried to capture in description photos. I’m a reseller and this came in an online auction I won, so I don’t have more definitive info.
