TED BAKER NWOT FLORAL DRESS off the shoulder black Size 0

This is a brand new Ted Baker off the shoulder floral dress. Bought but never worn since it was too small. There are no tags. The zipper still has the plastic on it. There is no stretch at all to it. True to size. The stock images show the style of the dress but the skirt pattern is a floral as can be seen in the pictures.
