Evenly apply No wipe gel top coat and cure for 60 seconds 2. Evenly apply foil gel base/foil glue and cure for 20 seconds 3. Apply the foil to the nail and lightly rub foil with finger all over the nail. After foil is pressed completely over nail, remove foil and apply top gel coat, cure for 60 seconds.
