TCP Contrasting Polka Dot Outfit

Adorable lavender/white polka dot outfit from The Children's Place. Size 4t. 1. VGUC lavender flutter sleeve tank with white polka dots and a tulle flower sewn on the top. Minimal w/w. 2. GUC white leggings with sparkly lavender polka dots. There is some wear/dinginess on the knees. And 2 faint spots (see photos) that were hard to photograph.
