TCEC Pink Ruffle Dress

This is by TCEC. Honestly I am unsure if it is supposed to be a dress or a shirt. It seems to be small to medium. I would not say it is suitable for a child since the arm holds are more for an adult. It is pink in color with a soft gold print almost like snake skin print. but it is hardly noticeable. Just kind of give it a shimmer. Zip up back. 2 layers. 95% Polyester, 5% Spandex. LINING is 100% polyester. Oh! Did I mention it has POCKETS 😂
