This dress is by the now-closed T-Bags of Los Angeles. It is navy blue, featuring ruching at the waist and shoulders, as well as a deep V-plunge in the front and back. It is new with the brand tag but has no price tag. The draped material on the sides of the "skirt" portion of the dress creates deep pockets (although the pockets are not intended to hold anything heavy, such as a phone).
