The brooch is a star or flower shape. Petals alternate with inlaid black onyx and abalone shell, c.1950’s-60’s. It’s 1 3/4” x 1 3/4” and is marked Sterling Taxco and Mexico. It also has the Eagle mark with a 3 in the center, which signifies Taxco. The pin has a bale and may be worn as a pendant or brooch. It’s in excellent vintage condition and very collectible.

diss4719 @debski0808 No problem. I want you to be sure. I just checked and no it doesn’t. One photo has part of my “hand model” overlapping one of the points. The other possible one you may have seen is iridescent pink and it’s part of the shell color...just a highlight.
