TAO by COMME des GARCONS ruffle skirt SIZE M or 6

This is a really really fun skirt. It is a tiered ruffled wool mini skirt with a buckle at the waist. I bought this skirt around 2005 in New York at a a luxury vintage boutique. So I'm not really sure when it was made. I'm thinking around 1990? It is made of a wonderful light wool fabric. It's a must for those winter afternoon outings to the special nook in the library. No time to deliberate fashion or function! It must be the ruffled wool miniskirt over some tights and snow boots!
