This is for a gently used skirt by Talbots. It is a Women's Petite size 8P. It is an A line skirt that has two layers. The top one has a chiffon look to it so it flows nicely. It has a back zipper and button. It is a solid black color. Waistband has elastic in the back. Really cute! Measures about 13 inches across the waistband, 23 inches in overall length.
