Excellent condition. Smoke free home. I see professionally and I am always impressed with the impeccable construction of Talbots clothing. The plaid is lined up perfectly through the rise, and on the inside and outside of the seams on the legs and if you dont know how to so you would not understand how hard it is to match that up!! These slacks have grosgrain ribbon at the hem and vents at the bottom of the legs as well as the edge of the slash pockets in the front. The back pockets have never been opened . The fabric is very soft. I wish they were my size. Waistband measures 34 inches . Inseam is 28 inches . Fully lined with a mid rise at 10 inches .
