This is a beautiful 100% silk sleeveless dress from Talbots. It’s fully lined and has a surplice wrap top with a self tie in the front. It zips up the back. The style name is “Minty Bubbles” although it’s navy blue with very pale blue-green bubbles or open dots. A refined but playful dress that transitions effortlessly from desk to dinner. Perfect for summer gatherings, casual Fridays, or elevated daytime wear. It’s in excellent condition except for the hem which has come undone and needs to be re-sewn or fixed with fabric glue.
