T Tahari vest. Features zip up and snap button closure with cinching pulls for hood. Large front pockets with ribbon trim. Has ruffles with stitch edge detail around neckline. NOTE does not have drawstring at waist, but appears it did at one point. Also note, appears the stitching edging on ruffle trim has a missing stitch (see last photo). Very minor, but full disclosure.
