Sz S-L NWT Beach Cover or Dress by Bella McDa

Flowy, 100%polyester animal print beach cover or dress by Bella McDa. Marked as a size S, but is very much a free size dress. Cute embroidered ribbon straps. The only restriction on size is that the arm openings are small. Very easy to open the seam further, and restriction the opening if too small. New with tags. See last two photos for bust and length measurements. Shortest length in front is 35 in and sides fall almost to the ankle.
