Sz 9.5 INC International Concepts 3" Heels

Size 9.5 INC International Concepts cushioned pumps. Approximately 3" heel. Black, red, and white stripes on vinyl/patent leather material. Fits true to size. EUC I wore these 1 time and are too high for me. The only sign of wear I see is the bottom sole as normal. While zooming in with my camera, I noticed 2 imperfections: Light scuff or coloring on the inside of left shoe and on same shoe are 3 pencil tip sized indentions. Looks like the imperfections came from retailer or manufacturer. See in last 2 pictures with penny to show size. You probably wouldn't see them if it wasnt pointed out. The inside of each shoe is like-new. They have been cleaned and disinfected. They are beautiful and ready to wear.
