Sz 8 Express rare find dress

Late 90's model express formal party dress. Black cotton dress with reverse crotched cutout flowers. Cream underlay. Too beautiful for pics or words! I'm really gonna miss this one! My dressform is too big for the dress. It does zip on the side....just not on me:{
