Sz 6 (fits S-M) 90s Vintage Jessica McClintock Green Velour Popover Gown Dress

It is a popover design so it looks like it is in 2 pieces, but the bodice is a separate floating layer over the skirt/bodice liner. The bottom is trimmed with black AB coated seed beads along the waistband. There is plenty of stretch in the velour so the width measurements can be considered a guideline - the skirt is only one layer So there is a bit more stretch in the hips. the color is a vibrant Emerald green, and the bottom has a cool sort of wave pattern embedded in it. There is a bit of projection in the bust although there is no boning.
