Sz 4 black and gold tiered tulle tutu style cocktail dress w/ add on ribbon straps that can be removed for strapless look. Sweetheart neckline and lace corset look bodice. Side zip. Layered black tulle over gold skirt. Tag no longer present but belive it was a Masquerade brand (Macy's like). Dress form is bust 34 waist 26 hips 35 Flat measurements are bust 14.5 waist 12 3/4" and no stretch hips 17 strapless tot to hem is 28"
