The bust is covered with gemstones. In sunlight, you shine like a sparkly diamond. Some sequins / gemstones are loose, and some are "tight" to the dress.
The bodice is fitted and covered in gemstones. The gown flows out with a full tulle bottom. I would say this gown is in a Mermaid style.

@kelizabethst03 , hi there. 👋 I hope you're having a lovely night. 🌙 this dress belonged to me before it was sent to e_starmoon, for Poshmark's beta consignment trial. Anywho, I saw your question wasn't answered so I wanted to try to help! It is floor length. Since it's strapless, you have some "play room" with how high or low you wear it. I've worn it with 2½ inch heels and I was just fine. I can't measure the length because e_starmoon has it now. But I hope that helps??? 🩷🩵
