It is designed for various laptop sizes ranging from 8 to 17 inches, with partitions and padded features for protection. Very nice backpack in very good, used condition. Only flaws I'm seeing are one zipper is off track, but uts not needed as there is another one for that pocket. Some fraying found on one strap buckle, but not one that keeps the backpack on you. Please see last few photos to see flaws that I found. .
