Vintage Swingline 99 Stapler, Beige and Brown. The bottom reads L.I. City 1, N.Y. Made in USA. Patent Nos. also listed. It is 4” long and 1 1/2” wide. It has a few scratches on the brown bakelite strip. It uses regular staples and works fine.
