Swimwear-NWT-Cover-Up/Dress-Size Small. This is a Hi Low navy blue dress. As evidenced in the pictures the backside of the dress is about 13” longer than the front. It has a ruched bra area and is strapless. The material is 75% polyester and 25% rayon. The care instructions are machine wash cold gentle cycle and tumble dry low. The approximate measurements are: length of back top to hem 44” & length of 33” as measured from the dip in the bra area to the middle of the front hem.
