Swimsuit cover up

Worn a few times, coral color swimsuit cover up dress with elastic waist. The waist hangs a little bit below the waist. This dress is short like a mini skirt. Open V in the back with a piece of material going across in the back, see photos. Laying flat pit to pit is 19 1/2”, total length is approximately 24 1/2” measured in the front center. The material is really neat, different, the tag says 90% nylon and 10% spandex. Size is a large but runs smaller fits more like a medium.
