Sweetgrass Oval Basket

This is a beautiful Low Country South Carolina Artisan handmade Gullah Sweetgrass oval basket purse. It measures approx. 27 & 1/2 " around. Total height is approx 12 in. Inside the top measures approx. 10". Outside of the top measures approx. 10 & 1/4 in. by approx. 7 & 1/2 in. Across the bottom measures approx. 8 & 1/2 in. The lid is attached. No signature on basket. It is in great condition, with no areas coming loose nor does it have any damage. Vintage - from the low country in South Carolina, probably from the Mt. Pleasant/Highway 17 area as it dates from the 1980 -1990's. A family member purchased this on vacation in South Carolina. Questions? Please ask.
