Absolutely darling vintage 00’s high low halter dress in a feminine Swiss dot pattern that adds extra texture & dimension in addition to its flowy coquette ruffled hemline. Lined down to low section of front skirt section. See pics for measurements. Like new condition as only tried on (sadly too large on top) or would definitely keep.
