I love it so much, but it’s just a tad small on my. 12.5” across waist. Not a lot of stretch. Would be so adorable on someone with a smaller waist. The skirt blouses out like an upside down tulip. Pattern is really fun, pale yellow and greenish gray. So unique and pretty!
