Cotton. Home made by me. Followed the pattern for a size 4, but my daughter wore it best at 5 years. Listed as a 4. Scoop back with two opalescent snaps. No stains or tears. This, unlike a few other of my home made dresses does NOT have pockets, and is NOT 360 twirl. It has a generous fabric allowance but it doesn’t twirl like the twirl dresses.
