Sweet Honey Mermaid Smocked Romper Size 12 Months

I knew I should have sized up in this one! My baby only wore once and it was just riding up on her too much. I truly love this romper and wish I would have gone with the 18 month size since my girl was between sizes already. This is in excellent condition! This is 100% cotton and has been washed.
