Sweater pencil skirt

The black and white skirt is a sweater like feel. It fits like a nice pencil skirt with flexibility. The buttons line up on the left leg with a slit going up to about the knee area. Fits great for a high waisted dress. I liked pairing it with a bulky chunky white sweater.
