Brand new (but old). Comes with box, bag and receipt. It's bought around 14 years ago and always been in storage. Creamy clear with yellow hue. Pendant size 1" x 0.75" Chain length 13" + 2" extension Does have 2 very minor dings (factory/transportation) on top, see last pic, but not noticeable.
