This year it was only worn once and it was slightly too big for me. I absolutely loved it and was disappointed, but it is a very bright but soft orange. It’s extremely soft and comfortable with a polkadot embroidered pattern. It is a tunic and will work for that fabulous pair of leggings or be just as cute with a pair of jeans or black pants. The neck is surprisingly comfortable and not tight at all (feeling wise).

leveluplotus @lgirl1225 hello! So I measured from the top of the armpit to the top of the other arm pit because with the way the shirt is made, that’s really how much chest space you have and that’s 20 inches. But measuring up a little higher where your breast would be, it is 15-16 inches. I will say the shirt is very forgiving and roomy. It can be a very cute floaty shirt for a small or a girl, or a very classy standard halter for a girl that fills it out a little more.
