Susana Monaco Orange Silk Sheath Dress XS

Susana Monaco orange silk dress that I think is Anthropologie (does not have care tags fwiw). Inherited it when a friend moved, but it's too tiny for me and my runner's butt. It has 2 tiny tears by the tag in the back (see image 4). I can post more pics, but can't model it since it won't fit on me. Measurements are 38 in shoulder to hem, 13.5 in waist, and 15.5 in hips. It's really pretty, it just won't fit! Feel free to make an offer! I can't wear it and I'd rather you have it if you will!
