The blouse shows signs of normal wear and one of the beads is loose. It may be able to be fixed. Regrettably, I do not know how to sew. Please see pictures for more details. Pleated. With the garment laying flat, the measurements are as follows: armpit to armpit is 16 inches and from back of the neck to bottom of the blouse is 22 inches. Preowned but in good condition.
