Susan Hutton button down embroidered Blouse red polyester top size 8/M

Susan Hutton button down vintage polyester, long sleeve soft to the touch fabric. Under each sleeve in the arm pit the top layer of thread is coming undone. There is a small line of wrinkle on one sleeve, don’t see a snag so could be from the loose thread by the arm pit. Please check pictures.
