Susan Hoekstra Ida Steiner 1991 Folk Art Wood Carved Santa 10”

This is a beautiful and highly collectible folk art piece, a hand-carved, hand-painted wood Santa figure standing at approximately 10 inches tall. The unique design features a Patriotic Americana theme, with bold Red and Cream stripes and a Blue with Gold Stars detail, set beneath a deep maroon hood. This is a collaborative or derivative work, noted on the base as "from carving by Susan Hoekstra" and personally signed by Ida Steiner 1991. A perfect addition to a Vintage Christmas or Primitive Home Décor collection. Excellent Vintage Condition for a piece from the early 90s. Condition Note: This piece is vintage (1991) and in good, original condition consistent with age. Please note the photos showing small, minor flecks of missing red paint on the coat/hat area.
