Susan Alexandra Sacred Heart held Necklace 18” - Unique Beaded Style, Colorful

This is such a fun necklace by the trendy designer Susan Alexandra. It features the brass sacred heart hands with the enamel heart and evil eye in the center of the necklace. The rest of the necklace has unique plastic beads in different patterns, shapes and colors. The toggle clasp is enamel, covered, and hand painted at the back alongside the Susan Alexandra hangtag. I couldn’t find this exact piece online, so I’m wondering if it was a special handmade piece that includes the sacred heart hands.
