Surplice neckline sleeveless dress

Purple knee length surplice neckline sleeveless dress with silver tone detail at neck/shoulder line. The front layer of the dress crosses over and creates a handkerchief style hemline in the front. Very comfortable, and material has stretch to it. New with tags, not worn, only tried on.
