Surplice Bust Maxi Dress Size XL

Never worn! This dress came in a package which I removed, therefore there were never any tags attached. Beautiful peacock blue with white. 100% stretch rayon. Hand wash and line dry. Approximate measurements are are bust 17” unstretched and 22” stretched. Length top of shoulder to hem 49”. Scrunch the back for a t-strap look or widen out for more coverage.
