Surf Gypsy tiered metallic ruffle skirt

This skirt is super cute! Ruffled tiered in a light gray mesh with silver metallic patterns all over. Stretch elastic waist and drawstring front. Pair with your favorite tee, tank or crop top! Also would be great for a beach coverup as well! In great used condition with the only sign of wear being a small tear in one spot at the waist(noted in photos). Still so much life left! Waist: 13in(26in total, but does have stretch!)
