@nena3747 hi there. I’m 5’3” and it fits like a mini.
The inside is like a rayon satin feel. The fringe part doesn’t touch skin.

Forgot that. Yes it is. I would give it a 20% stretch. Enough to make it comfortable and maybe keep a little pooch in place 😂.
