Superdown Green Romper

Gorgeous green romper from Superdown, cowl neck, has a tie at the waist. From when I got this about a year ago, it was a little hard to get over my hips. I just loved it so much I wanted to try to make it work— I’m a 36” hips. Worn once, not stretchy, in like new condition.
