Superb MCM Giulio Radi A.V.E.M Millefiori Red Glass Vase c1950s

This is a Murano multicoloured millefiori glass vase, thought to be c1950s, made by AVEM. The Arte Vetraria Muranese, or AVEM (A.Ve.M.) for short, was founded in 1932, by several Murano glassblowers. This 11” Millefiori thick red glass vase, is. It has no attribution mark sticker, but this piece is attributed to the above-mentioned designer/maker, identified by unique murrine canes. Approximate height and diameter: 11 inches, 8 inch diameter to neck. Vintage, Italian, modern detailed… condition is excellent. Colors are varied but certainly vibrant in crimson, gold, green, blue, white. The pictures do not do it justice- the gold comes through so beautifully.
