Super fun felted 3-D flower belt

I just love this belt it is a deep teal felt with what looks like hand stitching around the edge it has felt 3-D flowers with the little ball centers dispersed throughout the belt and the ties are a braided belt with a more closed floral end. This has just a wonderful feeling of something traditional an ethnic and fun just fun. New no tags
