Super fun Steve Madden polka dot heels!

Adorable and fun Steve Madden polka dot heels! Fabric upper with leather outsole. These do not appear to have ever been worn (no tags or box). There are a couple small "dings" on the heels that are not noticeable because it didn't affect the color of the heel- see last pic.
