Super Sparkly Fire-Engine Red Party Dress

Custom sized, my size at the time was: Bust: 37.5" Waist: 28" Hips: 38.5" I got so many compliments on it the one time I wore it! I tried to fit into this past NYE and got stuck (thanks, gym gains....). Hence the small rip in the back right side and the broken clasps at the top. Super simple fix.
