These are a highly sought after pair of Cloud 9 by Nine West black rubber high heel boots. They are made of a thick luxurious soft rubber and have a side zipper for entry. I bought them a few years ago but alas they were too small. They are 10 1/4 inches tall from heel to top, have a 4 inch stiletto heel, and the top circumference is 11 inches. These are the perfect boot for a shoe collector or rubber fetishist.
