Super Cute Dress!

This cute little number would be perfect for the office! Fitted bottom and slouchy top, great float material with slit shoulders. Waist 36” and the skirt from waist down is 15”. The waist is situated low so it’s similar to a full shirt on top, I tried to show this in the pictures.
