Made in India. Wash inside out with similar colors. Dress has been washed and will be ready to wear upon delivery! I thought it was a cotton blend, but it’s 94% viscose, 6% elastane. Wash inside out with similar colors. Condition is very good. I don’t know if it was originally kind of faded looking to go with the whole “newsprint” idea, but it isn’t super white and the colors, aside from the black, pink, yellow, and orange, seem faded. It was probably made that way to look like newspaper, it wouldn’t make sense that only some of the colors are faded. Measurements were taken with garment lying flat and doubled as appropriate. Fabric is stretchy. Bust measured just below sleeves: 32-36” Waist: 26-29” Hips: 37-39” Overall Length center top of shoulder to hem: 32”
