Bright Colored plaid-like button front dress with a ruffled front, cap sleeve and tie waist. Super cute little yellow buttons down the front. Great with a pair of bright colored opaque stockings!! Partially lined. Mega Wear brand. No size listed but mannequin is a 6. Appears to be a manufacturer defect where the tie belt is attached (see photo) but otherwise in great shape.
