Sunset Ocean Cove Needlepoint Homemade Silver‎ Frame Matted

Magnificent color scheme and detail is amazing here. The mat needs to be replaced and possibly the frame but there's no denying the beauty of this piece. The frame measures 16 and 2/8 by 19. The picture inside measures approximately 11x14. Because it is obvious that the picture needs to be rematted it would probably be more cross-effective postage wise to remove from the frame and send rolled up in a tube.
